The Kawasaki Z300 (codenamed ER300) is a standard motorcycle manufactured by Kawasaki. It was introduced in 2014 at the Milan Motorcycle Show as part of its Z series for the 2015 model year. It is sold in Asia, Australia, Europe and South America, It is designed and marketed as the streetfighter version of the Ninja 300.

The Z300 is powered by a 296 cc (18.1 cu in) liquid-cooled 4-stroke 8-valve DOHC parallel-twin engine. Kawasaki claims the Z300 produces a maximum power output of 29 kW (38.9 hp; 39.4 PS) at 11,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 27 N⋅m (20 lbf⋅ft) at 10,000 rpm

The Z300, the latest addition to the Z Series line-up, is a stylish entry-level model for Europe, inspired by larger models from the popular Z Series, the Z1000 and Z800. Muscular bodywork hints at the bikes performance, while ensuring that the Z300 stands out from the crowd. Its a great looking addition to the Zed family.

Sharing the engine and chassis of the excellent Ninja 300, the Z300 should offers a dynamic ride, and some of the best performance in class.

Highlights:
296 cm3 liquid-cooled engine
The fuel-injected parallel-twin produces smooth, torquey power at low and medium rpm and powerful acceleration at high rpm. Like the Ninja 300, it features a sleeveless, plated, die-cast aluminium cylinder and lightweight coated pistons.

2-into-1 exhaust with short-style silencer
Header and centre pipe length optimised for strong low-mid range torque. Short-style silencer with complex cross-section delivers good performance, low noise and plenty of lean angle.

Aggressive Supernaked styling
Like other models in the Z Series, the Z300 features a mass-forward, minimalist-tail design concept. Its aggressive headlamp housed in a compact cowl, muscular, athletic bodywork and slim tail design create a very distinctive silhouette.

Rigid diamond frame
Diamond frame from the Ninja 300 features high-tensile steel components, reinforcement gusseting and rubber front engine mounts.

37mm telescopic fork
Designed to provide comfort in the city, and smooth, stable handling when sport riding.

Uni-Trak rear suspension
Kawasakis original linkage-equipped Uni-Trak rear suspension delivers a smooth ride and stable handling over a wide range of speeds and road conditions.

Sporty instrumentation - combines a large, analogue-style tachometer with a multi-function LCD screen and amber backlighting.
